Eligibility. Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards are available to registered Operator users who hold an active loyalty account with the participating land-based casino partner. Players without an existing loyalty account are not eligible to receive or redeem Free Play and must enroll directly with the casino before participating.

Verification. Your loyalty account must be valid, in good standing, and linked to your Operator account at the time the Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards are awarded. Operator reserves the right to verify loyalty account status at any time and to withhold or revoke Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Redemption. Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may only be used on the Operator platform in accordance with any game or promotion-specific restrictions. Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards expire as stated at the time of award.

General. Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Free Play, Points, Drawing tickets and other Loyalty Program related awards promotion at any time. Abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of credits and suspension of your account.
